It’s closing day on this gorgeous home in the heart of Wellshire, staged by yours truly! Early next week, we have the pleasure of staging the buyers old home for sale just a few blocks off Sloan’s Lake. Fun fact: both the seller and buyer had a half pipe, Wellshire’s in the backyard and Sloan’s Lake on the rooftop 😳. Apparently, birds of a feather flock, skateboard & hire Perch together!

The doorway shot 👌🏼 one of our favorite angles. It mimics the buyers very first encounter with any space. It embodies all of the possibility, anticipation, and beauty of a next chapter. Especially one that sometimes only a new home can bring. 🏡 Staging (and photography) are storytelling.
