I am proud to say that in 2022 I sold about $20M LESS than the year before. Why is that something I'm proud of? Because I changed my focus from work to my family, life, and new experiences. I am looking forward to being back in full force this summer, but until then the numbers that mean the most to me are a bit different:
6+ months living on our sailboat
2500+ nautical miles
50+ anchorages/moorings/islands
6 states on our camping road trip
2000+ additional hours with my family
Countless memories with friends, new and old

2020 was a tough year for everyone - some, more than others - and I want to acknowledge that, first and foremost. I am in awe of my clients who made moves this last year; it took a lot of courage and strength. It has been my great honor to walk beside them during this crazy time.
When I reflect back on last year, I feel proud of the work we did in the face of incredible challenges. The pandemic (and other market forces) has created more pressure than ever in real estate, and continues to do so. In my many years in real estate, I've never had so many complex puzzles to solve, or legal updates to learn!
Boulder County has approximately one zillion real estate agents, and this list is for all 2020 Boulder County sales... To say that I am in good company is a massive understatement. I work all along the Front Range, so a lot of my business isn't included in this report, but since this is where I live, these rankings mean something special to me.
