We had the opportunity to attend a great DBIA Rocky Mountain Region event supported by ULI Colorado, focused on the evolution and future of Design‑Build.
The panel explored the three major drivers shaping Design‑Build success, Collaboration, Education, and Experience and shared lessons learned from 30+ years of Design‑Build in Denver. We were proud to see Kevin Brown from MDP serve as a panelist, offering valuable insight into future trends in collaborative project delivery.

This diverse drink and eatery spot came to life through an amazing design-build collaboration with Nathan Mendel of M&C Construction, LLC. leading as GC, Yosuke Michish*ta of MICHI Architecture driving the architectural vision and our team at MDP Engineering supporting the MEP design.

From start to finish, everything came together seamlessly to create a space that feels just like the brand — fun, energetic, and full of flavor!

We had a blast at this year’s DBIA Clay Shoot Tournament! Huge thank you to DBIA for hosting such a fun event and giving us the chance to connect outside the office. And a special shoutout to Tony for bringing home the win! 🏆

This week’s Kickball All-Star Game was a blast- competitive, fun, and full of great plays. Michael even coached us a bit! We had some barbecue, enjoyed the weather, and closed out the regular season with an amazing night. Big thank you to and everyone who came out. See you all in the playoffs!

Last week we kicked off our summer with some laps around the track at K1 Speed. A little friendly competition, a lot of laughs, and a few surprise speed demons in the group. Congrats to our winner, Dimitri, for taking the top spot! 🏆🏎️🏁
