In search of the Great American Dream, Merry Ann and Tracy Webb, born and raised in the BBQ capital of Kansas City, MO, moved to Longmont, CO in 1989. Hence, The Rib House was born on July 5th, 2001 in Longmont, CO. The two decided Colorado needed to have authentic Kansas City/Colorado Barbeque. Colorado has never been famous for Barbeque, until now! The Boulder Rib House is an extension of our Longmont Store .The Longmont Store has proudly been serving Bar B Que in Longmont, CO for 12 years. The Boulder Rib House is an express store that is on the Hill for all Ages . We are there For High School Students, College Students all the way to Retired Students.
