The Colorado Governor signed a bill Friday to reauthorize & strengthen our Public Utility Commission (PUC), which regulates for-profit utilities here. They are our 1st line of defense for consumers around electric/gas bills, safety and health.

The Colorado legislature must act by end of day Wed to reauthorize the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Having failed to pass a bill protecting consumers from data center costs & pollution the PUC is our next line of defense and we need to ensure it gets reauthorized.

1. Keep tires fully inflated.
