My friends in Austin are asking for more gin cocktails posted on here, so I thought, since I have the day off, I'd oblige. Let's call this one
The Gin-Barvy
1 oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz Aperol5 oz Amaro Montenegro5 oz Carpano
All ingredients together. Stir with ice. Serve up with a flamed orange peel.
This boozy mixture is a play on the classic Negroni and should be JUST the perfect pre-gig drink for my Austin band friends in Jabarvy
