I can't tell you how many Denver windows we see each month (it's a lot!), but I can tell you that change is underway—especially in new builds and major renovations.

Lately, we're seeing more recessed pockets, low-voltage wiring, and smart home integration than ever before. Motorized draperies and shades aren't really considered a luxury upgrade anymore. In many custom homes, they're just expected.

The earlier we can collaborate with your builder, architect, electrician, and AV team, the smoother the process will be for everyone involved, because once framing and drywall are complete, your options become much more limited.

And trust us, planning ahead is always easier than trying to retrofit beautiful window treatments later.

Beautiful architecture often comes with complicated windows. (Think arches, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, recessed pockets, specialty shapes, or expansive glass as seen in this mountain home.)
