This week, we’re talking about how our minds are a lot like gardens. The thoughts we water grow, the beliefs we nurture take root, and the weeds we have to clear out that no longer serve us.
In this episode with we yap about the power of retraining our minds. Negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and old beliefs can become habits, but they don’t have to define us! We also talk about the importance of giving ourselves grace throughout the process. Growth isn’t instant, and healing isn’t a linear experience.
Tending to our garden (our minds) isn’t about getting it perfect, not at all. It's about showing up for ourselves and planting seeds of hope. Trusting that with time, care, and grace, we can grow into healthier versions of ourselves.
