After many years leading, engineering and shaping the direction of our work, Tom “Monty” Montgomery is officially stepping into ownership, purchasing half of 303 Software.

Monty has long been a cornerstone of this company. Through his leadership, technical vision and steady presence, he’s built deep relationships with our clients and immense trust within our team. The kind of trust that only comes from years of showing up, solving hard problems and caring deeply about the work.
