an initial membership fee. It may be renewed annually but we have not begun that process yet. We are open to spirituality but avoid involvement with established religions and do not carry mainstream religious texts. We also will not cater to mainstream political parties (democrats or republicans). We also will not shelve material that we find offensive according to our mission statement : E.G. advocating gender, class, race, or other forms of oppression. Unfortunately while we try to be as accessible as possible, the space bathroom and the outside street are not easily navigated by people in wheel chairs. There is a back door and we can assist you if you can call or email at least 24 hours in advance. However our library interior is navigable for people in wheel chairs.
