May’s Denver Metro market data tells a familiar story: the market is still moving, but higher mortgage rates continue to shape both buyer and seller decisions. Active inventory rose to 12,259 homes, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in recent years. At the same time, closed sales dipped month over month, a sign that buyers are staying selective and that affordability remains a major factor.
