One of the things we love about this neighborhood is local services for the family. For dental, you can get everything you need without leaving the Highlands!
Dr. Landon at is great with kiddos and helping them get comfortable with their first dental cleaning experiences. The whole team makes the experience fun and marks the major milestones complete with a prize wall!
Clifton Speaks DMD at is a skilled, experienced, and personable orthodontist. The office has such a fun vibe with a staff that knows how to share a laugh while getting your tooth problems tackled. Everything from Invisalign to braces, orthodontics, retainers, expansions, and more!
Both are incredible businesses that are involved in the community!

We've got an incredible selection of food, two stages showcasing local bands all day, tons of boutiques and shopping, and fine art and hand crafted, all outdoors, all sunshine, all local vibes.
It's the block party of the year! Come out and celebrate with us and support the neighborhood!

It’s a Weekly Happenings Special Edition!
This week is our biggest event of the year, our annual Highlands Street Fair! This Saturday from 10am to 7pm in the heart of Highlands Square we’ll have amazing food, two stages with live local bands, tons of boutiques and shopping, and fine art and handcrafted. It’s going to be a great time with plenty of ways to enjoy the local scene.
We’ve got food and drinks from booths and local restaurants with special options.
Live music on Osceola Stage and Julian Stage from tons of local bands!
Boutiques and shops repping with all kinds of outdoor booths and products selected especially for the festival.
And tons of hand crafted goods and artisan gifts from lovely locals across Colorado!
We’ll also have designated activities just for the kids!
Join us this Saturday, and then nurse that on Sunday with coffee, food, and fun at our Highlands Farmers Market.
It’s one of our favorite weekends of the year!
