Have you been secretly curious about getting stronger and healthier? It’s okay if you haven’t seen yourself as a gym rat and not sure if you’ll fit in. A healthy lifestyle is for every BODY and we’re really good at showing you how to live it.
Our community is inclusive, for all levels, and woman owned and led.
We want to invite anyone in the community to join us for a FREE workout this month! Push it hard or don’t! Stick around after for some snacks and drinks and get to know each other!

We are so excited for our upcoming workshop in August - one that combines the history, mycology, somatics, and integration of the mushroom kingdom!! This 2 hour course is being taught by and her work in this space is about bringing us back to CONNECTION.
Save the date - August 26th at from 9:30-11:30 AM - members rate is $66, non-members is $99, and all will leave with a goodie bag ♥️
