Some RUAEA members have reported receiving a fraudulent “Membership Suspension Notice” email claiming to be from RUAEA and asking for payment within 24 hours.

This email is NOT from RUAEA. Please delete it.

RUAEA membership reminders are only sent:
• 30 days before expiration
• 15 days before expiration
• 30 days after expiration

RUAEA never sends SMS/text payment notices and does not demand payment within 24 hours.

If you receive a suspicious message about RUAEA membership, please do not click links or open attachments and report it to: [email protected].
