One of the biggest mistakes I see entrepreneurs make is spending all their time working in their business and very little time working on their business.
It’s easy to get caught up in emails, admin work, content planning, and organizing.

How I start the year strong without the overwhelm.
Every January, I don’t rush to do all the things. I slow down, pour a cup of tea, and get intentional. Here are 4 ways I set myself up for a strong year:
𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧
I look at what worked, what didn’t, and what drained my energy last year. Clarity comes from reflection, not rushing.
𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧
Instead of chasing 10 goals, I choose one main focus and let everything else support it.
