Many HOAs are looking to understand how to comply with this new, consequential ordinance, known as "Waste no More." CAP is excited to welcome Metro Lofts to our portfolio.

The condominiums at Metro are two-story homes with vaulted, light-filled livingrooms. Many units enjoy large patios and balconies to relax outside. The community boasts lovely outdoor common space and exterior walkway access points on the second and third floors. It is an iconic example of an original Golden Triangle condominium development, who, along with communities like Century Lofts, The Prado, and Belvedere are now surrounded by new-build high-rises in this fast-growing neighborhood.
