Good morning Monday! Our little yellow farmhouse - phoenix 🐦‍🔥 has almost risen from hand sketches to 3D rendering to construction and completion! Move in date nearing… the EDS team’s hearts ❤️ are full and so thankful to be paying this endeavor forward! Special thanks goes out to the Flatirons Construction Company Team, Polly and Mark @ Closet Factory Colorado, and Paul @ Elevate by Design!!!

We are incredibly thrilled and honored to receive the 2024 Palladio Residential Folly Award for our Humboldt Pool House designed for a Historic Residence in Colorado. It was truly a pleasure to collaborate with JH Todd Interiors, Designs by Sundown and of course our client who is a true steward of this historic landmark property. Cheers to Paul Newmyer, Newmyer Contracting and all the craftsman and artisans associated with executing the new build in a small and intimate courtyard.
