Quality isn't a buzzword. It's a system.
At LINX, QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) is built into every project from start to finish. It's how we deliver consistent results, reduce rework, and help projects stay on track.
Our QA/QC process focuses on:
✓ Clear standards and expectations
✓ Ongoing inspections and verification
✓ Accurate documentation and reporting
✓ Deficiency tracking and resolution
✓ Continuous improvement across projects
The result? Better installations, cleaner closeout packages, fewer surprises, and greater confidence that systems will perform as intended.
Quality doesn't happen at the end of a project. It's built into every step along the way.

Safety is a team sport.
The safest jobsites aren’t built by one person. They’re built by teams willing to speak up, stay accountable, and look out for each other every day.
At LINX, we believe recognition matters. Celebrating safe behaviors reinforces the habits that protect people, strengthen communication, and improve project performance.
But strong safety culture also requires accountability.
That means:
• following standards consistently
• wearing the right PPE for every environment
• participating in jobsite training
• addressing concerns early
• empowering people to speak up when something feels wrong
As we continue to grow nationwide, maintaining that balance of recognition and accountability is what allows us to scale responsibly.
Because at the end of the day, safety isn’t just about compliance. It’s about people.

The jobsites, technologies, and risks in our industry are constantly evolving, which means safety education has to evolve too.
Every year, LINX facilitates more than 75,000 hours of safety training for our teams both on and off the jobsite.
That includes:
• 100% first day ladder safety training for new employees
• Nearly 600 OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 trained employees
• 2 OSHA certified trainers on staff to quickly mobilize training efforts
• Partnerships with nationally certified organizations for specialized training like first aid and emergency response
We also participate in jobsite specific safety training alongside general contractors and trade partners because strong safety cultures are built together.
Preparation matters. Repetition matters. Consistency matters.
When teams are trained well, projects run better because people work with confidence, awareness, and accountability.
