Meet realtor Garrett. He has been on the team for the last year and is a rockstar ⭐️ Garrett is often the first person in the office and is not outworked by anyone. He keeps his clients best interest at heart and consistently turns his clients into friends by closing. Garrett has the best resources for first time homebuyers and has gotten several clients grants up to 15k! We couldn’t be more happy to have him on the team, we love seeing he and his clients thrive!

We are so happy to close with Dustin and Rachel yesterday after a wild transaction! In this super hot market homes are getting bid up and occasionally we have an appraiser who decides the home should sell for less. In this case even though their were multiple offers sipper it the price the appraiser said the home was worth significantly less. So much less that the seller was going to have to bring over $10,000 to closing 😱. Our team has been known to solve difficult problems so we actually helped the listing side apply for a short sale which allowed the seller to close on the sale of this property without having to bring extra cash 💵 . On top of that it allowed our buyers Dustin and Rachel to get a great deal! We loved working with this sweet couple- congrats you two! 🏡🥰 shoutout to out Good Neighbor realtor Garrett Newell for bringing us to the finish line!
