Directions:

Ingredients:

Marinade:

Directions:

Ingredients:
๐ฅฉ 1 lb ground beef
๐ฎ 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)

1 small onion, diced
๐ถ 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
๐
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel style), drained
๐ง 1 clove garlic, minced
๐ฅซ 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies (optional)
๐ช 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit layer)
๐ง 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
๐ฅ ยฝ cup sour cream
๐ฅฃ ยฝ cup mayo
๐ฅ 1 egg, beaten
๐ฟ Optional: chopped green onions, jalapeรฑos, or fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2๏ธโฃ Press biscuit dough into the bottom of the dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, just until lightly set (not fully cooked). Remove and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Brown the ground beef in a skillet with diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; cook until thickened.
4๏ธโฃ Stir in tomatoes (and green chilies, if using). Simmer 2โ3 minutes.

Ingredients:
๐ 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or rotisserie)
๐ 1 cup uncooked rice (or pasta)

1/2 cup chopped onion
๐ฝ 1 cup frozen corn
๐ฅฆ 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
๐ฅซ 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
๐ฅ 1 cup milk or chicken broth
๐ง 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
๐ง Salt & pepper to taste
๐ฟ 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp paprika
๐ง 1 tbsp butter (optional, for greasing or flavor)
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9x13" casserole dish with butter or spray.
2๏ธโฃ Dump all ingredients (except half the cheese) into the casserole dish. Stir to combine.
3๏ธโฃ Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40โ50 mins (until rice/pasta is cooked through).

1/2 onion, chopped
๐ 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
Sweet & Sour Sauce:

1/3 cup ketchup
๐ 1/3 cup rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
๐ฏ 1/2 cup sugar
๐ฝ 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
๐ 1/4 cup pineapple juice (optional, for tropical flavor)
๐ง Pinch of salt
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Coat chicken in cornstarch + flour, dip in egg, and coat again lightly with dry mix.

๐ฅ 1/3 cup mayo
๐ซ Oil for frying (vegetable or coconut oil)
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2๏ธโฃ Set up a dredging station: flour โก๏ธ egg โก๏ธ coconut + panko mixture.

๐ฟ 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
๐ฅฃ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
๐ฅ 1/2 cup milk
๐ง 1โ1ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
๐ง 1 tbsp butter (to grease dish or dot on top)
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9x13โ baking dish.
2๏ธโฃ In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain fat.
