Our very first Thai Chef’s Table at Somdee 🇹🇭 a special collaboration between the Somdee Chef Team and Lamai Thai Chef Team. @lamaithaikitchen This was our first time creating an experience like this, and we put so much heart, time, and hard work into every detail. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came, supported us, and shared this special experience with us. ❤️ We learned so much from our first Chef’s Table, and we’ll take everything we learned to continue growing and creating even better experiences for you. This is only the beginning. We’re continuing to develop our menu and bring more creativity and elevated Thai flavors to both our original Somdee location and our new location. Did you know that Denver is about to get its very FIRST Thai Fine Dining restaurant? 🤩🥳 @somdeesignature is opening soon at @larimersquare and if this dinner is any indication of how ridiculously good its going to be, then u should definitely be as excited as i am. 🙌🏽 I had the pleasure of attending a 10-course Chefs Tasting dinner at @somdeethaikitchen as a little preview of the multi-course tasting menu that will soon be at the new space. 🍽️ We were seriously blown away at every creative and flavorful dish showcasing the talents of the head chefs of Som Dee and its sister restaurant @lamaithaikitchen . When I tell you every single dish was just THAT good, but if I had to pick some highlights 👇🏽 🍓 SEARED HOTATE W STRAWBERRY & THAI HERB SALAD Golden-seared Japanese hotate scallops served with fresh strawberries, fragrant Thai herbs, crispy lemongrass, and a vibrant lime-chili dressing. ✨ CRISPY TARO BAT Crispy taro dumplings filled with aromatic shrimp and Thai herbs, served with refreshing cucumber relish. 🔥 TOM YUM FIRE SALMON Grilled salmon served over fragrant garlic fried rice, finished with a rich and creamy dry Tom Yum sauce, and topped with premium salmon roe. 🍖 CHU CHEE BRAISED Tender braised beef simmered in a rich red curry with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, and red chili, served with jasmine rice. 💎 RED RUBIES Ruby water chestnuts in fragrant coconut cream with crushed ice.
