Tejon34

From the beginning, the Tejon34 team connected with surrounding neighbors and the community to develop a shared vision for the northeast corner of West 34th Avenue and Tejon Street. Upon acquisition of this parcel, the team entered into a year-long process, hosting numerous meetings with community leaders, neighborhood groups, city planning staff and real estate professionals. The synthesis of that process is a development which will ultimately consist of five buildings and 28 residences: Tejon34. If there was a single word to sum up the project, it would be thoughtful. From the beginning, this has been the team's underlying philosophy for Tejon34. An unyielding passion for the enduring nature of the design has influenced the form and function of Tejon34.
