Harmonic Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a process by which the breath is synchronized with the natural movements of the body. By bringing ones actions into alignment with a steady breathing pattern, the body equalizes it’s natural rhythms leading to elevated mood, improved sleep, a healthier appetite, and much more. This has the effect of brining the self into a higher state of health and wellbeing.

Harmonic Qi Gong targets the three Dan Tien or “minds” of the body (low / gut, middle / heart, high / brain) and is done by engaging these centers in the patterns observed within the Bagua Circle.

The Bagua or Pa Kua are eight symbols used in Taoist cosmology to represent the fundamental principles of reality, seen as a range of eight interrelated concepts. Each consists of three lines, each line either "broken" or "unbroken", respectively representing yin or yang.

Please join us at the Bit Factory, Room 208 Wednesdays at 7:30pm for an in depth look at how how you can start implementing these concepts to achieve the most harmonious You.

Hello Friends! I know it's been a long time, but I am back. I paused the Spectrum project to focus on my new baby girl. She is almost 2 now and I am back to offer my experience and services to the holistic community. I just got my new website up and running and am actively working to expand it's scope.
