Vital Root will offer plant-focused dishes alongside a wholesome juicing program and ayurvedic-inspired menu designed in collaboration with neighbors Vital Center for Mind-Body Health. The entire menu will utilize herbs grown on premise, spices, and healthy, alternative flours and sweeteners—making vegetables sexy and accessible for all.
