After watching people at the Maker Space, in a non creepy way 👀, the gals who run the space .co noticed a few things and have made improvements!

🗓️They no longer host open studios hours.

✨Fret not! They will continue to host artist-led workshops and crafty hours.

💻The biggest change moving forward will be that residents are required to book the space for your own private use directly on their site. *p**f* magic!

Our buildings are getting some attention 🔥
Congratulations to for taking home a slew of awards from the AIA annual fall conference.

FLIGHT + KABIN recieved design awards, both of which live on the TAXI campus.

A notable feature of FLIGHT is its expansive green roof with integrated solar infrastructure – one of the largest in the state of Colorado. These features help to achieve a LEED Platinum certification.

KABIN which is our 194 unit housing development was noted for its innovative floor plans which maximize efficiency and liveability. KABIN'S location, next to a railyard, guarantees uninterrupted mountain views and maximum light infiltration through it's featured garage door windows.
