High Point Market Trends: The chaise is having a moment, proving it can anchor any room.

Its strength is in its range. Whether it is a tailored piece for a formal study or a plush, oversized version for a bedroom nook, the chaise offers a unique opportunity to play with mood. By swapping a frames lines or a fabrics texture, you can move from a statement to a cozy retreat without losing that chic, intentional edge we are always looking for.

We came to Market to take in what’s new, what’s evolving, and what might be the next big thing. But what truly stood out wasn’t just the individual pieces, it was how everything was brought together. The layouts, the layering, the intentionality behind every placement.

Each showroom told a story through scale, balance, and flow. Proving that great design goes far beyond selecting beautiful furniture. It’s about understanding how pieces relate to one another, how they’re positioned within a space, and how they ultimately create a cohesive, lived-in feel.

This one’s all about rethinking the layout. We took a standard double vanity and turned it into three purposeful moments. His and her vanities as well as a dedicated makeup vanity that finally gives this space room to breathe.

By removing the corner tub and relocating the shower, we were able to fully maximize the footprint and eliminate any wasted space. Now everything has intention, flow, and function.

And the best part? It completely transformed how the space is used and improved functionality while making the space feel so much more open
