What's In Construction Wednesday 🚧

The final roof trusses are up on the 30-plex building at Tierra Azul, marking a key milestone for Phase 1 of Alamosa’s largest housing development. It’s exciting to see the building take shape and move one step closer to future residents calling it home.

We’re grateful for the team making this milestone possible. Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation - CRHDC for their meaningful investment creating affordable new homes for the Alamosa community and Alcon Construction, Inc for their work as the local general contractor bringing our design to life. We’re excited to watch the project continue to take shape!

KEPHART Week is always a chance to celebrate what makes our culture special: showing up for each other and for our community.

Yesterday morning, our team divided and conquered. One group joined Transportation & Construction GIRL to introduce young women to the skilled trades, while another painted the playground at Cole Arts & Science Academy.

In the afternoon, we traded paint rollers for peanuts and cheered on the Colorado Rockies together, celebrating the relationships that make KEPHART what it is.

Strong communities, whether in our neighborhood or within our team, are built the same way: through connection, service, and showing up.

It’s KEPHART Week!

Our Denver office is a little fuller this week as we welcome the Phoenix team and fellow KEPHARTians from across the country for KEPHART Week. Bringing everyone together once a year gives us time to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the people and shared values that define our culture. We’re grateful for the chance to work side by side, strengthen relationships, and enjoy being together under one roof.

Last Friday, members of the KEPHART team joined volunteers across our community for the 9/11 Day Meal Pack. We were proud to sponsor and volunteer at the event for the third year, helping pack meals for neighbors facing hunger. Together, volunteers packed more than 17 million meals nationwide including 340,200 meals right here in Denver.

Participating in this year’s event felt especially meaningful as we marked the 25th anniversary of September 1, honoring the day through service, partnership, and a shared commitment to giving back. Thank you to the organizers and every volunteer who made the event possible!

Homeownership dreams becoming reality 🏡

We're excited to celebrate Rachel and her husband, Gio, who recently closed on the purchase of their first home with support from KEPHART's Paul Campbell First-Time Homebuyers Assistance Program.

Created to honor the legacy of former CEO Paul Campbell, the program helps eligible employees pursue the dream of homeownership, reinforcing a belief that has always been at the heart of KEPHART: Everyone deserves a well-designed place to live, work, and play.

Congratulations, Rachel and Gio, on this exciting milestone! We're proud to support our team members both professionally and personally as they build their futures.

✈️ We had a great time joining forces with our friends at JVA Consulting Engineers for the Special Olympics Colorado 2026 Plane Pull!
While our team didn't come away with the fastest pull, we were proud to be part of an event that brings people together in support of such an incredible organization and its athletes. The day was filled with teamwork, energy, and plenty of fun, all for a wonderful cause.
A big thank you to Special Olympics Colorado for hosting this inspiring event and for the life-changing opportunities you create for athletes across our community.

Each year, KEPHART proudly participates in Brothers Redevelopment's annual Paint-A-Thon, helping homeowners maintain safe, livable homes through volunteer-powered exterior painting.
