What’s in Construction Wednesday 🚧

We’re excited to share progress at Bradburn Townhomes in Westminster, CO, just outside of Denver.

Exterior siding is now underway, bringing visible momentum to the site, while interior units have reached the drywall texture stage. As painting and finishes begin, the project is truly starting to come to life and is one of the most rewarding phases of construction.

Great to see this community taking shape. Stay tuned as we continue moving closer to completion!

⛳️ On the Green for a Great Cause!

Some of our team members had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Tokarski Cup Classic, an annual tournament that brings people together for a little friendly competition and a meaningful cause.

From a fun 2-man scramble format to a great day out at Fossil Trace Golf Club, the event supports Christ in the City, helping make a positive impact in the community.

We always appreciate opportunities like this to connect, give back, and enjoy time outside the office. Great swings, great company, and an even greater mission behind it all!

The HARTbreakers WOLD Tour are officially on the board! 🏆

Big shoutout to the team for securing our first win of the season this week with a 14–6 victory! From start to finish, everyone showed up, gave it their all, and made it happen. Such a fun and well-deserved win.

We’re proud to share that KEPHART’s Bryce Hall was recently featured in the May issue of Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ).

As costs rise and margins tighten, thoughtful, efficient design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s what makes projects viable. From unit layouts to building form and amenity strategy, every decision plays a role in delivering successful housing.

This mindset comes to life in our Northwest Crossing project in Bozeman, Montana, recognized as a Silver Winner in the Best in American Living Awards. The community embodies efficient design through simple building forms, stacked units, and right-sized, highly functional amenities tailored to how residents actually live. The result is a project that balances livability, quality, and economic feasibility.

The HARTbreakers WOLD Tour kicked off our first kickball game of the season this week, and what a turnout!

This year, we teamed up with Wold Architects and Engineers to bring together an even stronger, more spirited squad. If you’re free on Tuesdays, come by City Park to watch us play drink-in-hand kickball, and enjoy the fun!
