Dinosaur Ridge officially opened the Deep Time Detour exhibit at the recently renovated Martin G. Lockley Discovery Center.
The museum was celebrating all week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local chambers of commerce on May 18, a donor walk-through on May 19, a dedication ceremony and special guest lecture on May 22, and the first official day of business on May 23.

While the school year may be over, that doesn’t mean learning is on summer vacation. Curious kids can still learn something new or enjoy a good book, thanks to Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL).
JCPL’s summer reading program, this year themed “DinoSOAR Into Stories,” began June 1 and runs until July 31, giving readers a chance to spend the summer break with a good book.
