I have one kid graduating 5th grade and heading to middle school and one graduating kindergarten 🥺😭 I’m just in all my feels over here.

and if that’s not enough to juggle, the summer real estate market is also heating up ☀️☀️

I hate canceling plans, but sometimes it’s the nature of the beast (the real estate beast, that is).

I got a call the other day from a listing agent telling me they already had a few offers in hand. She asked if I wanted to move my buyers’ showing up a couple days so they would have a chance to submit an offer if they loved the home. I ended up having to cancel my afternoon plans to go show the home, which wasn’t ideal, but it meant my buyers were able to submit an offer on the perfect home (and they got it!).
