But if I’m being honest with you, the actual favorite thing I get to say is, “I found something, can you meet me there tonight?” said while sitting in a parking lot, half an Alani deep, already refreshing the listing five times before you even open the text.

Then there’s the waiting, the almost-offers, the “not quite right, keep looking” conversations that happen before we ever get to the closing table.
