Buying a home is a big financial commitment, and I don’t want you going in unprepared.

Swipe for my best advice to make sure you’re ready to take on a mortgage payment (and everything else that comes along with homeownership) ->

I promise I’m not judging you if you’ve done this šŸ˜…

most people have no idea what that button actually does

it feels like you’re reaching out for more details about a particular house

but really, your info is being given to a random agent who paid to have their name show up on Zillow

so before you hit that ā€œcontact agentā€ button, send me a DM instead

I can find out everything you want to know about that listing and then you’ll have me guiding you the rest of the way.

there’s always more than one way to negotiate a deal

the difference is working with someone who knows which strategy actually benefits you
(not just what looks good on paper)

swipe to see how I helped my clients negotiate a lower monthly payment (spoiler: it wasn’t by offering a lower price šŸ‘€)

I get why people feel stuck right now...

You look at what homes used to cost and it’s like...wait, what happened??

But the clients I’m working with aren’t trying to time the market perfectly. Instead...

-we’re getting creative
-we’re looking at different ways to structure the deal
-we’re focusing on what fits their monthly budget

And that’s how I’m helping clients find homes they can afford (and love!)

I don’t think buying or selling a home should feel transactional

you’re not just hiring someone to unlock doors or write contracts

you’re trusting someone with one of your most valuable assets

so over time, I’ve found myself doing things a little differently
because it makes the experience better for the people I work with

my style of business isn’t for everyone, but that’s ok, because my clients have felt relieved to find an agent who does things differently, and that’s enough for me! I don’t need the most clients, I need the right ones for me so I can be the right one for them.

A peek into my camera roll lately šŸ“ø
Have we met? Let’s be friends!

who decided May should be this packed?! 🫠

like...end of school events (looking at you, spirit week, field day, and teacher appreciation week), sports, graduations, Mother’s Day...what am I forgetting?

I have one kid graduating 5th grade and heading to middle school and one graduating kindergarten 🄺😭 I’m just in all my feels over here.

and if that’s not enough to juggle, the summer real estate market is also heating up ā˜€ļøā˜€ļø

so if you need me this month, I’ll be answering texts from the sidelines, unlocking doors between events, and squeezing in showings anywhere they fit!
because despite what news headlines want you to believe, people are still moving every day and I still have active buyers!

I’m not saying my life’s mission is to convince all of my friends to move to Centennial...but I’m also not NOT saying that.

The right neighborhood depends on what matters most to you.

Everyone has different priorities when it comes to where they live, and that’s exactly what makes real estate so fun.

If you’re starting to think about a move to Centennial, I’d love to help you narrow down the neighborhoods that might be the best fit (especially if it involves dogs).

I’m also loving how busy I’ve been selling houses this spring!

What are some things you’re loving right now? Tell me in the comments ā¬‡ļø

I hate canceling plans, but sometimes it’s the nature of the beast (the real estate beast, that is).

I got a call the other day from a listing agent telling me they already had a few offers in hand. She asked if I wanted to move my buyers’ showing up a couple days so they would have a chance to submit an offer if they loved the home. I ended up having to cancel my afternoon plans to go show the home, which wasn’t ideal, but it meant my buyers were able to submit an offer on the perfect home (and they got it!).
