A native of Colorado, Scott Cychosz, has always loved the unique western flavors of Colorado. The charbroiled meats, fresh vegetables, and hatch green chili stew, all of the best taste of a mile-high-city. In 2021, Scott was able to turn his passion into a profession with his new food truck, Grill Rescue, offering gastropub cuisine. Scott is ready to rescue you from your hunger, as a tribute to all fire-fighters, who put their lives on the line to rescue others, all fire-fighters eat free, at Grill Rescue.
