Behind every great dining experience is a dedicated team, and today we’re spotlighting an integral member of the Ranger Dining squad: Riley Gallaher! 💼✨

In her role as Culinary Enablement, Riley is constantly innovating, bringing fresh engagement ideas and unique limited-time offerings to the Ranger Dining community. All while ensuring the team is organized and prepared for success behind the scenes. Because of her exceptional leadership and vision, she will be expanding her responsibilities this fall and supporting more of our Retail operations!

We are incredibly proud of Riley’s growth and grateful for her continued dedication to keeping Ranger Dining vibrant, organized, and delicious.

With almost two full semesters under his belt, Chef Josh has quickly become the culinary mastermind behind Ranger Dining’s food and innovative menus. As our culinary leader, he’s been hard at work crafting exciting new ideas and elevating the dining experience across campus.

This summer, Chef Josh is preparing to roll out big changes to our program. From new retail concepts and fresh menu items to station tweaks, additions, and enhanced offerings across campus.

Hydration, rest, movement, and nourishing foods can go a long way in helping your body adjust to these sudden changes.
