It is that time! We are beginning the process of selling the food trailer! If you or anyone you know is interested please reach out!!! Anyone that has seen this trailer, eaten at this trailer knows just how great this trailer really is!!! We operated this trailer with love and was a dream come true for us! We can’t wait to see what someone else dreams up for it!

Wednesday looks a little different these days!!! But make no mistake… we still miss you all!!! CHEERS!

Today is our last day serving ! We have built relationships through the years of serving there that will last a lifetime! We can’t thank Dale and Lisa enough for the support over the years and always including us! While we are sad today that one journey is coming to an end we can’t wait for what’s next and are already starting planning of next year’s Crawfish Boil! From the bottom of our hearts… THANK YOU!!!

This week, the sun sets on food truck. We can’t thank you all enough for the years of joy you have brought us by showing up, booking us for your event, wedding, or brewery! We’ve got 3 more servings together so come out and say hi! 4 Noses Brewing Company on Wednesday, July 26th, then Rails End Beer Company: on Friday, July 28th, followed by our final serving and party that is throwing for us! The Southern Shindig, complete with and yard games!!!

5 years ago we started the crazy idea of . From picking out a name and narrowing down recipes to serving over 14,000 Biscuits, 20,000 Grean Bean Bacon Bites and over 5,000 BBLT’s, y’all have led us on an AMAZING journey!!! Through that time we we have gained friendships, graduated a high schooler, watched 2 kids start to drive, and given birth to the coolest 1 year old we know! 5 years ago, I would never have thought we would be where we are today, and couldn’t be more excited for the future.

It is bitter sweet to announce that July 30th will be our last public service with the food trailer. Simply put, it’s time. We can’t thank you all enough for the years of support, the countless laughs, the relationships we’ve gained. If you have ever helped us on the trailer, or given us a place to serve, THANK YOU!!! We hope y’all enjoyed the ride along with us and hope to see you all throughout this month! We won’t entirely be hanging it up, no we aren’t selling the business or the recipes, only the food trailer. We will still be doing private events and the crawfish boil events! Again, thank you all and we hope you’ll come say hi one last time throughout this month and !
