Founded by a 17-year cancer survivor with 14 years of expertise in training, GYMFarm welcomes individuals of all ages, experience levels, and backgrounds. Combining conventional equipment with innovative no-equipment methods refined during the virtual fitness boom of COVID-19, GYMFarm offers a well-rounded approach to strength, endurance, and overall wellness.
