- Advanced imaging & infusion services

NexCore and Intermountain Health Project Earns Investment Award in Wheat Ridge NexCore and Intermountain Health’s Lutheran MOB in Wheat Ridge earns an Investment Award for advancing healthcare and community growth.

Mason Creek Medical Outpatient Building in Katy, Texas is nearing completion, bringing a facility 100% dedicated to gastrointestinal and colorectal healthcare.

NexCore Group served as developer and real estate co-owner alongside physician partners, with design by BSA LifeStructures and construction by Arch-Con® Corporation. The building is anchored by Katy Endoscopy Center, which occupies the full first floor with one operating room, four procedure rooms, and 22 pre- and post-op beds. Additional tenants include Digestive Health Associates, Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute, and Houston Colon, all of whom will utilize the endoscopy center for procedures.
