One of my favorite things about recording a CD was having the opportunity to play with lifelong friends and incredible musicians. Here is a fun duet entitled "Balkanika", by the Daniela Candillari and featuring Chris Davis on bass trombone. In addition to being a fabulous conductor and composer, Daniela is married to Nick Schwartz, bass trombonist of the NYC Ballet and my former roommate. Talk about worlds colliding!
