consider this your reminder that recovery deserves a spot in your routine too! I got to check out @stretchzone_denison and experience assisted stretching for myself and let me tell you… I’m a fan! • improves mobility + flexibility • increases range of motion • supports muscle recovery • helps you move and feel better • completely personalized to you as someone who is constantly working out, running, and training, I’ve learned that what I do outside of my workouts matters just as much as the workout itself. if you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, or just know you need to prioritize recovery a little more, go check out Stretch Zone Denison! your body will thank you!

3 months between these photos. and I think the biggest difference is everything you can’t see. the early mornings. the workouts I didn’t feel like doing. choosing to move my body even when motivation wasn’t there. learning that progress doesn’t require me to be perfect, it requires me to keep showing up. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking progress had to be dramatic to count. that I needed to do more, be more disciplined, look a certain way, or reach a certain number before I could be proud of myself. but these three months have reminded me that there is so much power in simply keeping the promises you make to yourself. my body is changing, yes. but so is my mindset. my confidence. my discipline. the way I view fitness and what being “healthy” actually looks like in my real life. I’m still going out. still traveling. still eating foods I love. still living my life. I’m just learning how to make taking care of myself part of that life instead of something I’m constantly starting over. there’s still work to do and goals I’m chasing, but I’m really proud of the girl on the left for continuing to show up so I could become the girl on the right. three months can change a lot when you stop waiting to feel motivated and just keep proving it daily. here’s to the next 8 weeks with the @1stphorm challenge 🫶🏼

🤍

these more than deserve a permanent spot on the grid 🫶🏼 had the best time shooting these with @crossfit.barbellrepublic and @arisahaus last month for @reedefined.shop !! one of my favorite parts of owning a small business is getting to work alongside other local businesses who genuinely support you, believe in what you’re building, and want to see you win. the support @crossfit.barbellrepublic has shown me and reedefined means more than they know! this is what community is all about, supporting local, showing up for each other, and building something pretty special right here at home. so grateful for the people and businesses reedefined has gotten to grow alongside 🤍 here’s to many more collabs with great people! #1stphorm #crossfit #hyrox #community #fitness
