White Raven Studio

Hey friends! We wanted to let you know of a big change for the White Raven and for the Cacho family. We’ve always strived to provide our fellow photogs with a quality space that you could make your own, and create your best art. And while our time in the Katy Depot has been treasured, our vision has always been something more. We’ve also recently begun carving a new path for our family as first-time parents and want to be present to our daughter and each other as much as possible.

It’s with so many feelings that we announce today that June 30th will be our final day at the Katy Depot, and that the Studio will be taking a pause in hopes of opening in a new venue someday.

We will be lowering the price of our Shoot rentals for the remainder of the month to $55/hr. Be on the look out for our furniture and decor sale too! Couches, plants, and other pieces will be available to reserve with a deposit and pickup on June 30!

Thank you for being a place for us and our clients to create! We look forward to this next season. And thank you to all of our renters — YOU made this space great. Dream big and never stop creating.

🐮 I spy cowhide! 🐮

This is something we’ve been wanting in the space for a while, and we finally found this stunning faux cowhide rug!

Perfectly paired with the new sand-colored side of our rolling backdrop. Want to make it more moody? Use it with the black side of our backdrop, a minimalist chair, and one of our plants! 🌱

It CAN be washed, but we’d love to see it stay as clean as possible… so, wipe your feet when you come in on these rainy days! 🤗

We LOVE it when local businesses like Shawnda Rains Studios get to take over the space 🫶🏻 Their performance troupes are going on tour to Branson and Nashville soon, BUT the studio has a show TODAY at Heritage Park downtown Denison at 6:30pm… you won’t want to miss it!

We were on the hunt for the perfect neutral, and I think we found it 🤩

Saying goodbye to the XO wall was hard, but we’re so pumped to see how you use this sandy neutral backdrop for your upcoming shoots and events 🥹
