Literally what virtual PT looks like, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Helping people move better, feel better, and live freely.

Have you ever considered doing PT virtually, as a patient or a provider? Drop it in the comments.

Thousands of PTs, people who spent years training, took on six figures of debt, chose a career built around helping others, are walking away every. single. year.

And the ones still in it? A lot of them are running on fumes, picking up second jobs, and quietly wondering how long they can keep this up.

The profession is burning through the people who cared the most. And the model was never built to sustain them.

That’s the conversation we refuse to stop having.

Save this and send it to any PT who’s looking for a new way to practice what they love.

The couch stretch is one of the most effective hip flexor stretches, and the band-assisted version makes it accessible to anyone just getting started with mobility work.

Whether you’re a runner trying to protect your stride or someone who sits at a desk all day, tight hip flexors are usually part of the problem. Add this to your routine 3-4x a week and notice the difference.

Save this for later.

When I decided to leave the clinic, I didn’t have a business plan; I had a Wi-Fi connection and a willingness to figure it out.

I started studying the people who were already doing it.

Followed their content, got on their email lists, bought one of their apps just to understand what they were actually delivering to patients.

There were no mentors in this space at the time. So I reverse-engineered what was working and made it my own.

I still didn’t know how I was going to make money. I just knew I was done waiting for someone to show me the way.

Part 2 of how I fired my boss and hired myself. Follow along for the full story!

90% of runners are stretching their hips wrong, and it’s why that tightness never fully goes away. These three moves actually target what’s causing the problem:

Supported hip 90/90: opens the hip joint and improves the rotation your stride needs.
Spider-Man lunge with rotation: hits hip flexors and thoracic mobility at the same time.
Bootstrap stretch: hamstrings, ankles, and hip flexors all in one shot.

🏃‍♀️ Swap these in and feel the difference on your next run.

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people end up in physical therapy, and one of the most mismanaged.

Most people have been told to strengthen their core, rest when it hurts, and treat their back. That makes sense, right? But chasing core strength alone keeps people stuck, staying still makes recovery harder, and back pain almost never lives in just one place (which is why treating only the back misses the point more often than not).

Add insurance-driven visit limits into the mix, and most patients leave before they’ve built enough resilience to actually stay out of pain.

We want to help you understand, not just go through the motions.

💾 Save this and revisit it if you’re dealing with back pain.
