Grateful to be part of a mental health workshop for our Spanish speaking community this morning. “Nombrar lo que sentimos” (Say what you feel).💚

These conversations matter, and it’s an honor to help create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

At our Del Rio office, we have bilingual therapists ready to listen and walk alongside our community with compassion and care.

Special thanks to Southwest Texas College and Migrant Clinicians Network for hosting such an informative and meaningful outreach event.
