We had to honor all our waitlist folks 📋 with first chance at surgery spots, which pretty much filled up our whole July availability, but we just opened two August days, with plenty of spots for cats and several for dogs!! 🐕🩺🐈

The amount of requests for cat spays continues to surpass our capacity, so we are adding another July surgery day!! We already have almost 30 cat spays booked, and we are adding 15 additional spots on July 25th!!

A Little Life Update 💚

We are overjoyed to share that our sweet son has arrived safely! Our hearts are so full, and we are incredibly grateful for all of the love, prayers, messages, and support we’ve received from our family, friends, clients, and community.

Since the delivery resulted in an unexpected C-section, recovery has been a little different than planned! But baby and I are doing well, and I am taking the time needed to heal and enjoy these precious first weeks with our newest family member.

Thank you for your patience and understanding of the pause in surgery appointments during this recovery period. Your support means more than you know.

We are actively working on getting staffing lined up so we can offer a surgery day in July. We don’t have all the details finalized just yet, but we’re hopeful and excited to be back serving our patients soon. Hang tight—we’ll share updates as soon as plans are confirmed!

Thank you to everyone who booked and brought pets for our last surgery day on Saturday!!

We have now altered over 150 cats and dogs from Wise and surrounding counties and I’m so thankful for the impact that will have on the pet population as well as human health (both physically and mentally!! ☺️)

Though we will not be having another surgery day for 1-2 months, stay tuned for other updates in the meantime, and educational content about spay/neuter FAQ and other pet health info! 😃

If you’ve been putting off getting your pup spayed or neutered, now is a great time to get scheduled before spots fill.

Every pet that has surgery with us receives a pre-surgical physical exam by our veterinarian. That exam establishes a valid doctor-patient relationship (VCPR), which allows us to prescribe important medications your pet may need — including heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention that can truly be lifesaving. 🩺

Ticks are already active in our area, and several tick-borne diseases can affect BOTH pets and people, including:
• Ehrlichiosis
• Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
• Lyme disease

Preventatives are one of the easiest ways to help protect your pets — and your family.
