This has been sitting heavy on my heart lately…

And I say this with so much humility, because I’ve been here too.

But I’m starting to notice how easy it is for us, as women who love Jesus,
to still build exactly like the world.

Same formulas.
Same strategies.
Same language.

Just… with His name added in.

And it doesn’t sit right in my spirit anymore.

Not because strategy is wrong.
Not because structure is bad.

But because there’s a difference between:
building with God and building like the world and asking God to bless it.

Write down one truth about who you are in Christ and let it root your day.

I’ll be honest, I’ve been guilty of chasing trends, skipping details, and rushing content. Thinking if I did more, it would all land.

But God has been showing me the gaps in my discipline and consistency. He’s refining me, my habits, my stewardship.
And He’s doing it in Abide too. You might notice subtle changes. Our content has a steadier, more timeless feel. Some aesthetics have shifted. Our site has been refined to reflect a brand built to endure.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment. Character before strategy. Abiding first, so what we build reflects Him and stands the test of time.

Consistency, discipline, and intention aren’t nice-to-haves. They are the foundation for lasting fruit in our brands and our lives.
