We are looking for Restaurant Managers at all levels, Shift Managers, Assistant Managers and General Managers.
Pay ranges from up to $12 per hour to $67,000 per year
Restaurant Managers are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant, including the hands-on day to day activities and operations of the restaurant, guiding the team to create a positive guest experience, ensuring the successful implementation of Jack's initiatives and programs, achieving or exceeding all established financial sales and profitability plan, all banking, and administrative responsibilities.
-Create and maintain a positive work environment
-Provide excellent Customer Service
-Hire, train and coach the team
-Cash & Inventory Control
-Meet Financial Results (Sales, Labor, Food, Controllables, etc.)
-Execute Operations Systems

Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
-Assistant Managers and General Managers must be able to work a minimum of 50 – 55 hours per week; must be available to work a flexible shift including weekends.
-Shift Supervisor positions are available part time or full time.
-Ability to supervise others and manage conflict resolution
-2 or more years of Restaurant Management Experience
