Led by Amanda Knotts , Haven Teens is a space just for teens—a place where you can show up exactly as you are and not feel judged. Life can get overwhelming sometimes, and you don’t have to deal with it alone.
At Haven, we talk about real stuff—stress, anxiety, friendships, family, identity, hard seasons, and everything in between. It’s a peer-led group where you can share if you want, listen if you need, and know you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling.
This is a space to be heard, to feel understood, and to find people who get it. No pressure, no pretending—just real connection, support, and encouragement.
You belong here. 🤍

Monday, June 8:
This support group is a compassionate and confidential space for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to su***de.
Here, you will find understanding and connection with others who share this unique grief journey. Together, we navigate feelings of sorrow, anger, confusion, and guilt in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Guided by empathy and hope, our group offers a place to share memories, process emotions, and find strength in community. Whether your loss is recent or years ago, you are not alone. Healing takes time, and this group is here to walk alongside you at your own pace.

This isn't therapy - just a relaxed, judgement free space where parents can talk openly, share challenges, celebrate wins or simply just listen to other parents who "get it".
Our goal is to build connection, offer encouragement, empathy and understanding. Every voice matters and your experience is valued.
You are not alone is this.
