Today, we honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr..
Dr. King’s work reminds us that health, dignity, and opportunity should never be determined by circumstance, background, or access. In healthcare, equity is not abstract — it is reflected in who is heard, who is treated, and who is given the chance to heal fully.
At O2 Rehab Solutions, we remain committed to care that is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves to move, live, and recover with dignity.
Today is not only a day of remembrance, but a call to continue the work — thoughtfully and consistently.

Thank you! He appreciates the well wishes… though he’s already asking about skydiving regulations at the North Pole 😅❄️
🎄🩺 ELF DISCHARGE UPDATE 🩺🎄
Elf has officially recovered.
As you can see… he is back to his old self 😩😂
After successful rehab, clearance from Dr. Owens, and multiple warnings about activity restrictions, we found him doing the one thing he was absolutely NOT cleared for…
🪂 PARACHUTING FROM THE CEILING WITH A GIFT BAG.
SMH.
At this point, it’s clear:
✔️ Pain-free
✔️ Strength restored
✔️ Judgment… still questionable
While we’re proud of his progress, we’ve determined the safest plan of care is an immediate transfer back to the North Pole before he injures something else (or voids his discharge instructions entirely).
🎅❄️ North Pole transport has been arranged.
📝 Home exercise program provided (emphasis on NOT jumping off things).
🎁 Gift bag confiscated for safety reasons.
Wishing Elf continued health, safer choices, and a much calmer holiday season.
Until next year… ✌🏽😂
just say the word.

I came in looking for our Elf this morning and couldn’t find him in his usual spots.
After a little searching… I found him weaning off his walker and working on gait tracing with his candy cane 🎄🍬
It looked like a bit of a struggle—but progress isn’t always pretty.
Dr. Owens will help get him back together, one step at a time.
Hopefully next steps, he’ll be back to his usual mischievous self soon. 💪✨

Elf Update from O2 Rehab Solutions 🎄🩺
Our Elf is recovering from Friday after that unexpected treadmill mishap 😅
Turns out it beat him up more than he thought.
The good news?
Dr. Owens says no serious injuries 🙌
Just the classics: rest, elevation, ice, and compression for the next few days.
So today he’s taking it easy —
surgical mask on ✔️
leg wrapped ✔️
strict orders to chill ✔️
Even the Elf has learned an important PT lesson:
listen to your body and respect the recovery process.
