I wanted to let the parents and kids of our DCMS family know that I have retired as the music teacher at Leon Sheffield and Ben Davis. I have had an amazing 27 years as a music educator and I have absolutely loved my time in Decatur City Magnet Schools. I am leaving with nothing but love and great memories for ALL my BD and LS families. You have supported and friended me through major milestones. Your kids have been friends with my kids. It’s been a wonderful ride!! I honestly know that God has great things in my future. And I didn’t want to leave without saying bye to you all!

288 plastic eggs + popcorn= an “individual non sharing instrument that won’t have to be sanitized because everyone has their own egg shaker and will keep it in their own desk” music manipulative. 😀
