If you’ve heard people talk about DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate for hormone support, here’s why. 👇
DIM helps support the way your body metabolizes estrogen. It’s actually a compound your body can make from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage.
Calcium D-Glucarate works a little differently. It supports the liver and digestive tract as your body packages up and gets rid of hormones and other compounds it no longer needs.
