This month marks several major First Responder appreciation days, but at CEW, we believe supporting their mental and emotional well-being is a 365-day mission.
The jobs they do aren't just physically demanding. They take a heavy emotional toll. Carrying the weight of emergencies, trauma, and hypervigilance day after day isn't something they have to do alone.
It’s okay to need a safe space to process, unpack, and heal. We are here for you.
To all firefighters, EMS providers, and police officers: Thank you for your bravery.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the heroes who gave their lives in service to our country, lives of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering love for others. May their legacy inspire us to live with greater kindness, gratitude, and compassion, and remind us that even in loss, hope continues to shine through the connections we share and the care we give one another. We stand with those remembering loved ones today.
