New Year’s Eve Yoga was a celebration of our ending, our beginning, our gratitude for our practice and community and our magical space we share together. See you in 2024.

Join us this Sunday, April 16, at 4:30pm when our weekly All Levels Slow Moving Yoga with Jazz class once again features a Sonic Savasana with Rebecca Turk on her sound bowls. As always, it's our gift to you at no extra cost and no registration is required.

Last Sunday we had a Burning Bowl Ceremony before our practice. This is a powerful way to release unwanted energy, conditions, emotions that we want cleared before the new year.
