Diastasis recti affects a large number of moms — during pregnancy and long after — and most of them have never been screened for it. Some don't even know it's a thing.

Here's what it can look like:
👉 A visible bulging or ridge along your belly when you sit up
👉 Core weakness
👉 Low back pain or pelvic heaviness
👉 Leaking when you sneeze, jump, or laugh

Sound familiar? You're not alone — and more importantly, it's not something you just have to live with.

Healing starts with knowing. That's why Renew Pelvic Health is offering a FREE 10-minute diastasis recti screening on June 29th with pelvic floor physical therapist Dyane Loney, PT, DPT.

She'll assess your core and give you expert guidance on next steps — completely free, no pressure.

Space is limited. Reserve your spot today

Is diastasis recti why your core won't heal?

Many moms are living with diastasis recti — a separation of the abdominal muscles that happens during pregnancy — and have absolutely no idea. It can affect your core strength, contribute to back pain or leaking, and make your midsection look and feel different no matter what you do.

The only way to know for sure? Get assessed.

That's why we're so excited to offer a FREE 10-minute diastasis recti screening at Renew Pelvic Health on Monday, June 29th.

Dyane Loney, PT, DPT — one of our expert pelvic floor physical therapists — will take a look and give you real answers. No guessing, no generic advice. Just clear, personalized information about your body.

✨ It's free.
✨ It's only 10 minutes.
✨ Spots are limited — reserve yours today!

A message for the men (and the people who love them):

Pelvic floor physical therapy isn't just for women. We treat male patients at Renew Pelvic Health — and there are more men who could benefit than most people realize.

If you or someone you know is dealing with:

→ Pain after a vasectomy

→ Leaking or incontinence after a prostatectomy

→ Sexual function that has changed over the years
..these symptoms often have a physical, treatable cause: tightness, restrictions, or weakness in the muscles and joints of the back, hips, and pelvic floor.

There's no reason to just suffer through it. Pelvic PT is safe, private, and effective — for men too. And we now offer convenient Saturday hours with Dyane Loney, PT, DPT!

Here's something we wish more women knew: pain is not a normal part of being a woman.

Pelvic pain. Painful periods. Painful intimacy. Pain during pregnancy.

These are signs your body needs support — not something to simply endure.

As pelvic floor physical therapists, we work with women every week who have been suffering in silence, thinking what they're experiencing is "just how it is." Or they’ve been told by another provider that it’s normal. It's not.

✨Holistic pelvic floor physical therapy at Renew Pelvic Health can help identify and treat the root cause so you can feel better faster. ✨

If any of this resonates with you — or someone you love — we'd love to help. We have Saturday hours and early morning through late afternoon weekday appointments to make it easier to fit into your busy schedule.

Book online at www.RenewPelvicHealth.com.

Feel free to share this with a friend who needs to hear it. 💗

We're excited to welcome Dyane Loney, PT, DPT to Renew Pelvic Health! Dr. Loney sees patients of all genders over 18 yrs old in our Decatur office. She'll offer Saturday hours starting 5/2/26 and will add more availability soon!

Dr. Loney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health, with a particular focus on men's pelvic health — an area that's often overlooked but deeply impacts quality of life. Dr. Loney brings clinical experience and genuine compassion to every session.

Dr. Loney is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel safe, seen, and respected — regardless of gender, age, or background. She understands that pelvic health concerns can feel vulnerable to discuss, and she makes it her mission to change that. Dr. Loney can help with these concerns and more!
- men's pelvic health (post-surgical recovery, ED, pain, etc)
- bladder issues (leaking, urgency, frequency, etc)
- bowel concerns (including Crohn's, IBS, constipation, etc)
