Just a few of my favorite snaps from Atlanta Journeys this week. I so enjoyed co-leading this experience with my friend and colleague, Sarah. But getting to know these five students over the course of the week was so deeply meaningful and rewarding. I adored each moment I got to spend with them.

Journeys: all of our first-year students get to experience (an all expenses paid) global immersion in their spring semester. Some travel as far as Europe for a week, while others stay in Atlanta and have the opportunity to see all the incredible cultural centers in the Atlanta area.

This was my second time co-leading Atlanta (last time was 2023), and I hope to do this countless other times in the future.

Baby’s first Stranger Things location visit (well, besides Benny’s Burgers because we eat there sometimes, and technically the police station because we’ve gone to the Block Party two years in a row, and Merrill’s Pumpkin Patch because we’ve been there twice, but let’s not get into the specifics). We really went out of our way for this one.

I love a reading challenge and this year, I’m most excited for the Bookish Reading Challenge hosted by and coming with actual incentives. Read 12 books, get a tote. 24 books, a shirt.
